The Container Store — Local services in Oklahoma City

I was one of the people that so wanted the container store to come to OKC. Every time I went to Dallas that was a “must stop” for me. I have to say my visit there yesterday was very disappointing. First of all two folks (staff) I encountered were not helpful and I have to say a little rude. While shopping I noticed there were several items that did not have the prices marked. One employee stated “well we moved this item over here since it was 50% off...but only when I continued to look at her for assistance on the price did she finally help me. Again I found an item.no price so I took it to the register and she was the rudest of the two. She said the price should be marked swiveled her head around and complained and again finally told me the price. She clearly made me feel that it was a lot of trouble to tell me the price. Now let me say the place was not busy...no customers on line. Ok..so here is the final thought...treat your customers well. The place is over priced..and I found some of the exact items for way cheaper at “At Home”, “Home Goods”, “Marshall’s” and “TJ Maxx”. My house is full of those organizational items. Doubt I...

Absolutely horrific customer service!! Extremely long hold times. When someone finally called me back they let me know there was no way to cancel ?? No way to cancel order online. I tried to “message” them online twice with order number and cancellation request. Nobody replied to my email either time. Finally reached a human at the OKC store and she was able to let me know the reason my order hadn’t shipped was because the warehouse didn’t have any and they were having difficulty getting their orders from overseas. My order finally showed up on my front porch about a month and a half after I placed the order. I don’t need it anymore since I found something that worked while waiting for my order to ship. Great store to shop for home organization products. Staff was friendly and very willing to help you. There was an abundance of home organization products to choose from. Lots of products I've never heard before, but seem like they would be useful. There were a few items (shelving, storage, etc), which seemed over priced (as in I could find the same thing elsewhere for cheaper). On the other hand there were numerous products that could possibly difficult to find at other stores. I personally love this place. When I go to the store I am instantly motivated to organize my life, home, car, whatever else that can be organized. Be aware you will most likely spend more than you intended. Overall a great place to shop, but keep in mind there certain items you can buy cheaper elsewhere, so do your research...
