Sep 24 - I really do enjoy giving good reviews but sometimes you gotta know what to look out for. I check in at 5:30am needing them to pull codes and diagnose issue. They tell me I'm first in line. Another driver comes in 2hrs later no appt (I know bcuz we talk in the lounge all day) and they pull him in and pull his codes. Next driver comes in around noon (I know bcuz we also talk in the lounge) and they pull him in and start working on his inverter. After asking what's going on in the early afternoon they decide to walk out to my truck in the yard at 4:30pm with the laptop and pull codes. Then they tell me they need to wait till next shift comes in at 6pm to start more diagnosis. Then at 7pm they know it needs a filter and they know I'm wanting to give my company a heads up but when they're ready to send the work request they send it to the wrong email and don't let me know that nobody has responded. So instead of getting me or managing an easy situation they pull me back out and start working on another truck when it could have taken literally 5min for my company's authorization for them to continue work. So now my truck sits out there for hours bcuz of service manager incompetence. Don't get me started on how many times I'm watching 3 or 4 mechanics that have trucks they're actively working on (mine one of them) stop and stand around BSing for Literally 15min. No wonder China's kickin our ass. Then the service mgrs look at you like you're another unreasonable driver. The only reason they get 2 stars is bcuz I'm assuming they fixed what they were supposed to fix. With some miles I'm sure I'll find out. Nov 24 update - less than 90 days later coolant is leaking from same hose clamp they supposedly repaired. I go in to pickup after their "fix" and there's a pool of coolant under truck in 3 places. They try fixes again and supposedly fix. Dec update - surprise surprise it's leaking coolant again They always like to blame it on the change of weather and the engineered loose fitting clamps that adjust to various temps. I shouldn't have to put at least a jug of coolant in...

ย ย ย Read moreUnfortunately, this was the second time we have had to have our truck serviced there. The first time it took forever for the repairs but the worst part was they over charged us. After talking with our warranty person it was brought to our attention that they billed us directly instead of going through the warranty. He shared the emails between MHC and himself and he literally told them it was okay to bill us that way as long as we were not charged for additional hrs etc. Weโll long story short they did. We had to reach out to management to even get them to refund our money. That of course took longer than it should have as well. Fast forward, called up there they told us they werenโt that busy and if we headed that way they would be able to get in and diagnosed. So dropped it off and left. 5 hrs later still hadnโt heard anything. Called up there and it hadnโt even been pulled in/hooked up yet for diagnostic. Waited another 2 hrs called again and was told nope still hadnโt got it in. Finally a few hrs later they called to say the truck was ready. Went to pick it up and they charged me over $300 for what they claimed took 1.2 hrs labor to diagnosis that my battery cable was loose. Nothing like waiting 8-9 hrs for a 5min job that they charged $300 for. Iโm sure the big companies donโt bat an eye over that kind of stuff but as owner operators when our truck is down that long itโs hits our pocket book a lot different. Out of everyone we delete with most were rude. The manger I dealt with the first time was nice and eventually got our problem taken care of and one guy that answered the phone last time was professional...
