I love the owners of Sentimental Journey. I love what they are doing to the place. It is so nice now. You can tell they really have pride in their business. I've personally met several new people. One of my favorite new friends is the owners Mama. She was in one day. She & I were visiting & we were talking about my love for "junk". She began showing me things in different booths. Then taking me around & showing me & explaining to me what they were doing to the floors. We spoke of the old desk I had purchased a few weeks earlier. Before I knew it, we had travelled all of the way to the other side of the store, way back in the corner & she was showing me and explaining to me what some of those old "junk" pieces I love actually were & what they were used for in their time. It's really built to just come in and waste your day doing something fun and interesting, if...

It's a good place to start if you're looking for something specific as long as it's on or around the "pioneer or country chic" vibe. Good book selections from various stalls are really great record vendors there, too. I def plan to come back often, as in addition to the kind of typical antiques you'd find, there were a lot of southeast Asian and European items that have somehow settled here too! Lots of Turkish...
