It's always nice to be greeted when you walk into a place of business. These folks greet you and let you know that if you need any help to just let them know. If you are looking for beer signs this place has plenty. They have a boatload of other stuff too. It's worth looking around. I was looking for cast iron cookware and this place has a vendor that provides a good selection of vintage, even rare, pieces of cast iron. Each piece has been stripped of the old seasoning and reseasoned. So they are ready for use after a good rinse under hot water and dried in an oven at 200 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. Some pieces are quite beautiful. Like anywhere you must look for cracked and warped pieces. Cracked pieces are, for the most part, unuseable. But a warped piece can still be used in the oven. In comparison to others near Lake Olathe or along Old 56, the tidiness and organization of this one - both in the areas between booths and the booths themselves - is far better. The prevalence of hand-made fake antiques (like the weathered signs one sees all over Pinterest and in model homes) is dramatically lower; instead, one is likely to find actual antiques, in actually good condition.
