Always an awful experience at this CVS Pharmacy. Customer service is poor, and both the tech and pharmacist have an attitude that makes it clear they shouldn’t be dealing with the public. My prescription fill dates were changed without explanation, and when I called the 800 number, they confirmed the pharmacist had changed it on her own. For years its been filled on a 28 day cycle, and the 800 number told me the pharmacist added me to her own personal "list of customers" to only fill on 29 days. The 800 number also told me this is common, and they have a Refuse to Fill Team for pharmacists like this, and many calls get esclated to them. This is apparently a problem with CVS pharmacists. The automated system even said my prescription would be ready today after 10am. Ive never given this store a hint of trouble, never asked for a prescription early, even asked my doctor to change my appointment to later in the week to avoid issues. Since it’s a controlled substance, I’m essentially at her mercy—which is unacceptable. My doctor is floored that this happened and suggest next month we fill elsewhere. No transparency, no professionalism, just roadblocks and rudeness. I strongly recommend using ANY other pharmacy in the area. Read moreI walk in to get a quick item instead of going to Walmart and I get into the aisle and a staff lady was there as I surveyed the options she was seemingly packing out products in the next part of the lane and she clearly wasn't happy. I could tell with even a mask on since she began to toss things into bin and as I cleared the aisle to go to register she continued and threw items more aggressively. It caught me off guard and I looked over at her. It really put me off how unprofessional and rude she behaved in such a quiet CVS. Okay I understand working through a pandemic but I never go into this particular CVS and when I do each time they are passive aggressive and unwelcoming. The register woman was professional at least. I hope they get the relief they need but as for shopping I will go to the nearby Walgreen's they are so clean there and a professional kind of nice to customer service even during a pandemic. Read moreI just want to say how much patience Bette has. I was purchasing something that had a lock box on it. She was having so much trouble trying to get it open because it was stuck. She never got aggravated. She tried to get help. As I was waiting for her to come back with it open, a very impatient customer came up and tried to do self checkout. He literally was at the register for 1 min. He then got mad and said, "Does anyone work here?" I explained that she went for help to open the security box. Bette came back up front and said I could help you in one minute. That customer totally flipped out, saying I don't have time for this and got mad left, then turned around, mumbled some bs.
