Manny at Home Floors, Inc on Tampa Rd in Oldsmar is The Best flooring expert that I have ever worked with. When leaking pipes destroyed the flooring in my condo, I thought it would be impossible to find something that I would like as well. After looking several places, a friend recommended Manny and I would never go anywhere else again. He came to my house, saw what had been there and recommended the perfect replacement. Not only that, he went out of his way to get it for me and have it installed for the holidays. Manny turned my situation from desperate to joyfull with kind, excellent service. Carlos did a fabulous job on the install and even followed up to make sure that it was exactly the way I wanted it to look. When I opened the front door, it was perfect in every way! I was looking to update some tired wood floor with an updated and cozy carpet feel to 3 rooms. At leas I thought it was just 3 rooms. I got prices from 2 of the "big players" in town and Home Floors. There was no comparison when it came down to interest, understanding and commitment to detail - Home Floors Design walked me through the options and particulars of the project and made me comfortable with moving forward. And when I called them back up and asked if I could add 1 more room? No problem. The transformation was telling - I could not have been happier! I was nervous because we had decided to paint first and carpet second. Home Floors managed our entire kitchen renovation (cabinetry, flooring for the entire downstairs, carpet on stairs) from start to finish.
