Despite the fact that this location is cleaner/sunnier than most I've seen and VERY close to my office, I will no longer be eating here and will be steering my co-workers elsewhere from now on, too.
I don't know if the sandwich artists are new, but I heard two customers before me request more lettuce, and then I had to do the same. Despite the fact that my sandwich had no meat OR cheese (I'm a vegan), they were much stingier with the veggie fillings than any Subway I've visited before. The sandwich felt completely empty -- it was mostly just bread with about a dime-size squirt of sauce, about a dozen shreds of lettuce, and only two or three banana peppers, pickles, cucumbers, etc. I can confidently say I received less than HALF the amount of fillings I usually do, and the fillings were my entire meal. The signs posted say that you get four servings of vegetables on a footlong with all the fixings... but that's definitely not true for this Subway. I doubt I even got one full serving.
The sandwich line was also very confusing; I had to list my veggies twice, the second time speaking over another customer who was also attempting to do the same thing, and both employees were reaching over and under each other to get the fillings. Employee #1 asked me what veggies I wanted before the customer in front of me had a chance, and when that customer's sandwich came out of the oven, the same employee stopped working on mine and began taking her order. At this point, employee #2 asked me what I wanted again, and while I attempted to speak at the exact same time as the other customer, employee #2 started reaching under her co-worker's arms to grab what few veggies she gave me. The whole operation was shockingly inefficient and not at all up to the standards that Subway usually meets.
To top it all off, I found small slices of bacon from the knife used to cut my footlong in half. Not only did they not wash the knife or switch it out, they didn't even bother to notice or remove the meat that was still stuck to it. I know I can request for them to switch, but I didn't see the bacon on it until it was too late..
Also, I didn't get a single napkin in the bag with my sandwich, and there were zero napkins to be found in the dining area, counter, and condiment station. I usually get a huge handful of them without even asking, and while I don't expect that every time, I do expect at least ONE!
I'm not hard to please, and I rarely if ever go out of my way to criticize a place of business, but this was so above-and-beyond awful that I felt the need to say something. Hopefully the young women behind the counter will learn the appropriate portion sizes (and the hygiene procedures that surely must've been included in their training), but I won't risk wasting my money and lunch hour again on a barely-there,...

The alternative sandwich I had picked also has the same kind of specialty cheese I wanted so I said forget it and just make my husbands sandwich. Keep in mind I was going to use a coupon for 2 sandwiches for $12.99. Found another coupon for a footlong with a drink and bag of chips for $7.99 thinking this would still be a good deal. Yeah well he rang in the coupon wrong apparently and then got another employee to say my coupon wasnt good on the sandwich I just had made. Seriously?!?! Never got my coupon back even though he didnt/couldn't use it. He said he was going to give me a discount on what I purchased making my drink free, but some how I walked out completely unsatisfied and ended up paying over $13??? Read moreOrdered 4 subway sandwiches last night and spent over $30 dollars and got home to come to find out there was a piece of hair in the meatball sub we had ordered. Woke up today and tried to call the restaurant last night once and no answer and 3 times today 30 minutes apart from each other and got no answer. Came back today and went through drive through had my receipt and a picture of the hair in my sandwich to talk to get the sandwich fixed. The “manager” on duty had answered very rudily, saying she was busy right away and left the window without saying anything to us. Came back to the window about 5 minutes later, we explained the situation to her and she looked absolutely confused. She said the ONLY reason she was making the sandwich for us was because she was tired and ready to go home. What a lousy manager. And made excuses that they were just extremely busy and couldn’t answer the phone for almost 2 hours. If i could id give this subway a 0 instead of 1. Worst experience...
