I have been coming to this quest for several years to take my tests that my doctors order me but they have never treated me so badly and for not answering the questions in English the employee Roxana who is Latina and speaks Spanish because of her accent I think she is Chilean Uruguayan or Argentinian Well, she started asking me routine questions in English, but when she heard me answer in Spanish, she continued asking in English and on other visits, other quest employees who spoke Spanish When I answer in Spanish they immediately speak to me in Spanish but this time this Tuesday, November 3, 2024 at 1:10 pm the employee named Roxana, who does speak Spanish, did not want to speak to me in Spanish but she had to do it but that bothered her. Regarding the missing stars: Quest diagnostics customer service is AWFUL and NONEXISTENT. I was told my results were going to be available over the weekend (I got a glucose tolerance done lay Friday - January 8th) and I would only need to login on their portal to be able to check it. Since Iâm pregnant and was needing to know if I had GD not so I can properly adjust my diet and my prenatal care, the results being release in the time I was told they would was a MUST for me. Once I logged in they would ask for some identity verification which I couldnât complete so I tried contacting them TWICE through their online customer care (email) so they would assist me in how to proceed. I have heard back only once and it wasnât even a complete answer to my question. Tried calling since Monday the number that is on Google for them. No one answers just an automated machine that let you know that âyour call cannot be transferred at this timeâ. When I tried talking to a representative on their online customer care in the middle of my question that representative (which was named SYDNEY) just dismissed me and logged off. Finally I had to call their 866 number to be able to resolve my issue and they finally emailed me my results after about 30 more minutes give or take.    Read moreStaff was great! Went in on JUNE 24th and had multiple vials (like 8 or 9) taken along with a urine test. My Doctor has ordered several tests. I have been checking my online results and only received results for 2 tests... When I called they told me they do not show any specimen for me for any other tests. So they LOST MY BLOOD. What happened to my 8 vials of blood??? Not only did i have to drive 40 mins away from my house to get there because no other location was available but I did for no reason because now I have to go back. HOW DO YOU LOSE SOMEONES 8 VIALS OF BLOOD? This is NOT okay. I RARELY throw a 1 start review but this is unacceptable!

It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything back. The first person even told me that they were re-entering my order.
