I used to love this store,but since it's changed pharmacist and staff it has gone down hill. I was there yesterday at 1:50 was told couldn't get flu shot they were at lunch until 2:30. So went back today at 12:15,Sarah waited on me gave her my ID,Medicare cards told her I wanted the flu shot, and the shingles vaccine. She asked me if I wanted the hidden vaccine and I said "I'm not old enough " she looked at my date of birth and said oh your birthday is two days after mine. I'll ask the pharmacist. Told me to go wait down the end. So at 12:20 I waited at the end with four other people. I waited until 1:50,until I was alone and one of the pharmacy people asked why I was there so long and I said I'm waiting for my shots. He asked Sarah,she proceeded to tell me that I didn't ask her for the flu or shingles vaccine.. but the pharmacist was at lunch she could put me in now and I could wait. I said are u kidding me. No I've waited an hour and a half I'm not waiting any longer and why would I ask you for something at age 64 I know I'm not eligible for. They would do what they could to make your experience a good one. There is a pharmacist there who is rude. The rudest. He is never understanding, he doesn't even apologize for the mistakes of the staff. It's unfortunate. As stated I never had a problem until this person started there and now all the sudden, issues. And not just me but my husband as well. Always this same person, always the same problems. Otherwise, the store is good.
