Citi Trends — Local services in Omaha

I went there today and it was a pleasure. Upon walking through the door I was welcomed by 2 of the employees. There welcome was genuine and forth coming. First at site was what I came for and was easily allured by clean racks and shelf items not over stacked but nicely organized. I'm am coming out of being a slight recluse AND was not overwhelmed by overstocked confusion every place round the store. I actually could look up and see where Dept began and ended. The person I was with sked out loud where she could find scrubs and was answered right away with pleasantry. They have a great assortment of scrubs for those if you looking prices are very fare with today's economy so I would say it is worth the drive to aquire few pair of fun scrubs and other items. All in all I would give my day at Citi trends an A ...I would give it a plus but I will ee at my next visit which will be round the weekend as to see what a bigger crowd of people in the store will bring. But as for today at close to their opening time and an early weekday an A will be the first of marks. They do have tap to pay and are Gpay friendly. Thank you Citi Trends for my 3 outfits under 40 and a morning out of my home....

Terrible customer service!!! Literally the only thing the lady said when I was checking out was my total and my change. Not a "hey how are you" or a "have a good night". She seemed like she's having a bad night, because as she's taking my hangers off my clothes she's dropping them loudly into a bucket like she's annoyed. Not one person asked if I needed help. Not one person had any hint of a smile on there face. I've been coming here for about 2 years, and it seems like the service just keeps getting worse and worse!!!! The only reason I come in is because sometimes I need a new shirt quick, and they're close. They do have cute stuff sometimes....but mostly things that are played out, or completely knock off looking. Material isn't very good on most of the clothing, but again...its convenient and most ofthe time cheap. Get what you pay for as far as product and sservice goes,...

Citi Trend really has it going on y'all I can't say every time you go in there they're going to have 90% of something that everyone would want to buy but it's a place that you really have to go weekly and beyond that I was saving checking City Tran out check the clothes out the shoes go once a week do some window-shopping they even have layaway they have some really nice stuff to put on layaway for after summer school closed and they have very reasonable prices and again they also have layaway don't hesitate check...
