Walgreens — Local services in Omaha

Lincoln in the pharmacy went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today! Give em a raise. !!

I was so frustrated over another location saying that they did not have my medication, so I called my psychiatrist and he said that he had sent it to this location...well it did not show up in their system after I had called several times ...getting more and more upset because I wasnt sure what was wrong.. they only had it showing up at the old location..by this point-- I had already been out of my meds for over 24 hours . .

I have also been dealing with insurance over TWO totaled cars within 3 weeks in which neither accident was my fault.. I had my second car for 3 HOURS before it was destroyed by someone running a red light. It was.. and still is; absolutely devastating.

Let's just say..I've had it ROUGH. & this was compounding my frustration.

Lincoln decided to take matters into their own hands and called the location on 30th and Dodge for me. This ensured that I was able to pick up my prescription today..i was called back within 5 minutes and told it was being prepared at the original locstion!

This isnt an insult to 30th and Dodge. They were short one. But I honestly do not care that much.

I am SO Impressed by Lincolns advanced customer service skills and taking the initiative without me even having to ask or express my negative feelings. I am understanding that it isnt customer services' fault in these situations. I dont think anyone was at "fault" --- nor is that important. The issue was resolved.

I have used this pharmacy since the location on 42nd and Fontenelle closed overnight without warning. I just got off the phone with them to check on my son's prescription. As he told me his prescription was to being worked on at Lake st. ( As the last time I needed his prescription they were closed early with a note on the door.) I've decided that I'm going to move my family's account to Lake st. My spouse and I have had several questionable customers service experiences there. Good location. I noticed that certain things like razors or body wash were behind locked doors. A little inconvenient when there's only one associate around. But they are friendly and helpful. I haven't used the pharmacy there. I noticed it has a drive through for it. Parking is good. And right now there is road construction on 30th St right in front of the store which is making it difficult to turn into the parking lot there. Luckily there is another entrance on the...
