Always very happy with the service here, which has a far bigger impact than their unbelievable selection. Need a certain cabochon stone and can't find it? Every time, they'll happily pull out every stacked tray to help me find it (or at least confirm that they don't have any). Need to identify a tumblestone that wasn't purchased at their store? If whoever's in front doesn't know, they'll call up the guy in the back for his expertise. Buying a stone of questionable authenticity? They won't wait for me to question, knowing that I'm far from an expert-- buying tumblestones from a jar labelled "obsidian," I was immediately warned that the store had strong doubts, only labelled it obsidian because it was given to them by their supplier as such, and asked if I was sure about purchasing it. I did anyway, because I liked it even as a 'mystery' stone (light and porous, probably dyed), but I cannot express how impressed I am with salesmen who were actually pushing me NOT to buy questionable lapidary supplies. ...

Everyday I am excited to wear my ring! Before working out, I take it off, and I catch myself looking at my hand to admire it, and then realizing it’s not there, and missing it, tee-hee! This is just how much I love to have it on, and even though receiving it only recently, my hand feels empty without it! If you want a custom piece engraved with scroll work and/or other designs, Dustin is your guy! When watching him draw what he was envisioning for the engraving, I could tell he was gifted in his abilities. Receiving the final piece was incredible, and it looked better than I ever imagined it would.
