402 Bbq — Restaurant in Omaha

My companion told me, "I have never heard you make noises like that while you eat. It's freaking me out." I have decided that I'd like to be buried in 402 BBQ's brisket and burnt ends. The drive-thru experience was fast (less than a minute to charge my card and have BBQ in my car) and friendly. I had a few questions about the different kinds of sauces and the teller was more than helpful and offered me multiples so that I could try them across the pulled pork sandwich, burnt ends, and brisket. They were all phenomenal. Oh, and the BBQ beans were spiced like none I've ever had. They were rich and spicy to the point of full-flavor. I can't wait to go there again. I have no photo of the food because we were too excited to eat it.

Update: We've been here four times and I still haven't taken any pictures. Nobody wants to wait to eat when I bring it home! Still amazing...

The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because they are using real offset smokers behind the building and I respect that as an avid barbeque/smoker myself, other than that I wouldn't recommend. Food is overpriced for the portions and it had zero seasoning. You shouldn't have to drown your meat in sauce for it to have flavor! And when I say zero seasoning, the bread had more flavor than the meat, which had maybe the slightest hint of smoke. Brisket was overcooked to the point that it turned into a roast, I thought it was going to be nice slices of brisket with fat and bark but it was pot roast. If you're reading this looking for great barbecue I recommend Boxer Barbecue in Council Bluffs, hands down the best I've had in the metro. I will not be returning to...

Stopped by a few days ago. Put in an order on grubhub 20 mins before arrival and i got there and they still hadn't even started making it. It was late afternoon, nobody else there . Had to sit and wait another 20 mins in my car which I did not want to do as i was driving all day. They don't even let you inside to use the bathroom as it's drive thru only. Really disappointing i was on a road trip and looking to time it so it would be a quick pickup. I try to support local businesses when I can but stuff like this is why people stop going to mom and pop places. If you can't have an order ready by the time the order service commits it to, then don't do...
