I had an unfortunate interaction with Michelle Thomas from Marriott’s corporate office regarding a recent group reservation. I was inquiring about why my colleagues received Marriott Bonvoy points for a shared group stay, but I did not. Rather than addressing my concern directly, Michelle was condescending in her tone and dismissive of the point I was trying to raise. The tables were very sticky and felt dirty they waiter said that is the way they are, they need to get new ones or refinish the tables. They had a small chase lounge in a room with 2 green beds. 1 of the kids slept there. Very fun enjoyable night. There is no more ice machines on the floors even though there is an ice bucket in the room. You call the front desk and they...
Read moreThis place is an absolute hive of rude, self righteous employees. The security staff is the only decent people I've come across. One of the managers, Theresa, was completely horrible and aggressive in her speaking to me. She should be written up for her customer service conduct. Additionally, a man named Rusty who claimed to be a "higher up" is by far the most unpleasant person I've met in my life. He thinks he's better than everyone and speaks down to the workers like they aren't even human. This isn't how you run a business, especially a hospitality business!!! He should be let go, he's making the...
