Huskerland Popcorn — Local services in Omaha

My employer has brought Huskerland popcorn in for the last two Juneteenth celebrations. It only makes sense to support a LOCAL, BLACK-OWNED business on such an important day - right? They have the most flavors of any popcorn place I've seen & the popcorn is fresh & delicious. The hubs & I went to the store today & my mind was blown by the selection! The staff is friendly & willing to advise on what would be good. I went with the crowd favorite which is caranel & cheese. Also a bag of cinnamon to spice it up. The hubs got the peanut butter drizzle. Next time he's getting the Reeces peanut butter cup drizzle. Bonus, there are two local businesses you can support by going in! Huskerland Popcorn & Gimme the Scoop Italian ice. We both had the strawberry mango. So refreshing!...

I found this place by accident. I was visiting the store next door. I absolutely agree with other commenter's. It is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. My problem with them right now is I have visited FIVE times in the past six weeks to get a specific popcorn. It was introduced/recommended by the employee that day, based upon my description of the gift I wanted to give. Well, they were out of that flavor that day. (I know, why recommend it?) Anyway, it does sound like what I really want, so I've gone back. I've left my phone number for when they have it in stock. Then, last Sunday I went in for a variety of things. I cannot say enough, good things. The flavors are amazing with some unique flavors added to the mix of normal flavors. Last time it was in they had a crabcake flavor which I didn’t try on this occasion as I was looking for something sweet. I asked for recommendation on a sweet flavor and was told to try the cinnamon bun. Hands down probably the best flavored popcorn I’ve had in a long time.
