Sbarro — Restaurant in Omaha

The night time worker there was sitting on one of the tables out in front of the order counter. When I tried to order a pizza I have ordered servals times before he said he couldn’t do it. Then proceeded to tell me that he was out of the white sauce I was asking for and that it would take 20mins to make. The last time we went to order a pizza a few weeks ago the same guy was sitting in the chair and stated that they were out of dough. First of all it was 6pm at night and they don’t even close till 9pm. If he would have been actually working and not sitting in a chair then they would be more prepared for customers. Obviously they who owns this business doesn’t deem it necessary to have workers actually working but sitting just doing NOTHING! What a shame because I really liked their pizza! But they have lost my business...

I usually love going here but recently it hasn't been hitting. The food is always great but I'm having trouble more with the employees. Specifically one that is a short, dark skinned female with glasses that seems to work during the evenings. Every time she takes my order and I order any type of sauce cup she almost always forgets to put it in with the order. And when I ask about it she seems clueless until another person tells her that it's on the counter or something. And one other time when I wanted my food bagged up, half way through the store phone rang and she dropped everything to take the phone call. Leaving me to wait for my food just to get bagged for 2 minutes. I don't ever have these problems with anyone else. This employee definitely needs more training. I will be coming in the mornings from now on in order...

Becareful using your Debit cards there , someone is skimming there or retrieving info off the cards that are used there . I purchased 2 slices on the end of March and on 4/2/24 there was a purchase made for the same amount taken out of my account and it wasn't my purchase. I work out in Council Bluffs and when this purchase was made I was at work and so was my debit card . I reached out to this Sbarro on 90th , the manager was supposed to reach out to me never heard from anyone. I work for the bank that they tried to scam my account, they are investigating the situation. Again Becareful with your debit cards there or credit cards and watch your accounts/...
