Picked out several items and upon checking out, a extremely new person checked me out. She got stuck on finalizing the purchase so needed to get help. When she went to get help, left cash register drawer open and went to back of store to find someone. No other employees were around. When 2 employees came back to finalize my purchase, I stated they probably shouldn't leave cash register door open and unattended. The male stated they had to leave drawer open to figure out problem! This male couldn't figure out problem so then manager came up and handled things. When I picked up my sack, the male employee rudely stated that my next visit I should be more patient and understanding as the gal was new! I went to back of store, reported to manager. New to me store. The staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest criticism is that as I was walking around shopping, wanting to try on hats, sweatshirts (crewneck), jackets, etc., I didn't need a dressing room, but mirrors were difficult to find and then just a little six inch strip on the side of a wall midway thru the store. I laughed and told the clerk, "man, you guys need a lot more mirrors in here". I'm not going to buy unless I can see myself in an item. I had seen a cool ballcap at the Chief's parade and the owner said "got it at the Rally House". Well, I was too late on that one but did buy 2 caps just not as cool as that one. Need more sizable...

I came in for a pick up order and while the worker was incredibly friendly, she could not figure out why the computer wouldn't scan my email confirmation. I was there for 30 minutes and at the end she told me I would have to come back and get help from someone else. I came back a few days later and the employee immediately told me I needed to turn my phone to "light mode" and I had my order and was done within 2 minutes.
