Great food, lousy service. Everytime I ask a question, the reply is condescending and argued. There have been times when I've asked for no salt on things when they have come salted in the past only to be told "that doesn't come with salt." Yet. When I don't mention it, guess what has salt on it? Tonight was my last straw, Carrie, the woman taking the order at the drive thru was COMPLETELY RUDE. It's cold, I ordered the chili combo. She asked if I wanted a drink and I wasn't sure if it came with one or not. So i asked. Stupid me. The reply was "well. Some people want a drink and some don't. What do you want." My husband and I just went through the drive thru Saturday Feb 17th at 623p. Our service was horrible. We tried to explain our issue of being over charged. There were 2 young boys. One very tall Caucasian boy with glasses, the other was shorter, pudgy and possibly hispanic. We were trying to explain our order and thought we were over charged $4.00. The shorter boy kept repeating, very nasty, to my husband, "Hey you got your food DIDN'T YOU?" Neither person even understood what we were trying to explain to them. We sat outside and the only complaint I do have is there was no trash can so whatever the wind blew over and ultimately spattered itself with sauce we had to carry through the restaurant to dispose of. It wasn't windy enough to not enjoy the good weather but enough to lose a wrapper or sauce lid. Overall love the place I'm not big on the runzas myself but there is still a good variety to choose from and I tried the onion ring sauce for the first time and it was fantastic.
