The guys over at Metro Audio did one of the best and most professional jobs that I have ever seen. I overhauled the factory system in my truck completely. This included replacing all the speakers throughout the truck, adding an amp for additional power and a 7" touch screen CD/DVD/MP3 deck. From the first time I walked into the store and met with Chris "Maddogg" and picked everything out, to the many questions I had at the store and when I called in, to the install. I couldn't be happier. One question I had about my phone capability with the deck I wanted couldn't be answered 100% by Chris during one of our calls so he called the manufacturer direct to find the answer out and promptly got back to me. The technician's are the best in the area and treat your vehicle like it is their own and are very proud of their work. When I went to pick up my truck Chris wasn't around but Alex was and he was equally as helpful as Chris. Getting all the paperwork handled, payments and overall customer service. I will be referring all my friends and family to Chris and the guys at Metro Audio Dynamics for any service and installation questions they may have. Overall the guys have great customer service, they remember you when you call, they greet you with class and genuinely treat you great which I can say doesn't always happen at retail locations. They are by far the best in the area! If you have any project small or large get there and let them see how they can help you. If you think they might be a little more expensive talk with the guys and see what they can do but I can also say that the customer service and skill of their technicians is worth the extra couple bucks. Before dropping off the vehicle I made sure they had and knew everything that was needed for my install(reducers for the amps, lugs, etc…) they said they did. Asked for 1 amp, an alternator, and big 3 install, quoted me 1500 so I paid it as it seemed reasonable. Get a phone call a couple days later asking about the 4ga wire (I never wanted 4ga and even told them before handing my keys) when I went to pick it up they said it was 2000 more, I looked at the receipt and took them 8+ hours for the alternator alone… if you’re “the only ones who should mess with it” why did it take a full day on that alone? They used my sound deadener for the doors without permission or requesting and charged for it, they messed up the wiring on the amp so no speaker played the correct spot, even after labeling (left front, left rear…etc) they pulled my radio out when the wires to install were previously connect before so no need to touch the perfectly working head unit? Ran every single wire down the driver side so the plastic by the doors no longer fully fits and my hood release is falling off daily, big 3 looks terrible, added and charged for distribution blocks that were not requested or asked for permission to add. Overall terrible shop, Ray likes to brag but him and his mechanics aren’t good at what they do. I suggest a different shop or diy as it’ll be 10x cheaper and a good chance it works and...

I scheduled an appointment for an amp and subwoofer install. Was there on time and showed what I had to install. The person spoke on my equipment and how best to install. This was where things went badly. First, the quote was way out of expectations based on other quotes provided from other places. Second, what was supposed to be an appointment for a same day install was changed to a quote with a 50/50 chance to get it in. The reasoning used was that they had paying customers who came in after I had this scheduled for car starters and took priority. WTH? At best I commented that perhaps they could have called to reschedule, but that is where it was told that this was a quote and not a sane day install... again WTH? I had already stated this the week prior when I schedule the time. When I setup the time, I had stated that no other place was available this soon and was told they had plenty of techs to get it done. So... in short, I was mislead on the scope of the appointment and then shocked by the cost and overall cavalier attitude about getting it done.
