I purchased two items this February 8. Before purchasing we asked about the return policy. They stated that it was a 14 day return policy as long as the things were new. After standing in line for a long time we were able to pay . We bought a couple items Which were a little too big. We tried returning them today, February 10. When we got there, there was a cashier that took my receipt and asked me if I had my payment method that I had used. I said I used Apple Pay. After about a minute or two, she packed my stuff up and said that because I didn’t provide an email address I could not make the Return. I told her that that was not something they told us when we asked and no one asked for my email when we were paying. After I told her that she proceeded to tell me that everyone always asks for an email and I wasn’t the exception. Calling me a liar. All I wanted was to return to items and she argued with me that I was lying about no one asking me for my email and that that is what they require for a return. I asked her if I could speak to a manager she looked at me angry and proceeded to tell me that she was a manager. She said that it was not happy with what she said that I could call corporate. I let her know that it would’ve been nice if someone would’ve told me this when I purchased these items. If you buy from them, make sure you provide your email address Even though their website states that you don’t need one but because the manager gets to pick and choose on who she can take returns from you might want to provide it. Read moreI love shopping the clothes available at Windsor, but I think I'll stick with doing so from online. I've never had a pleasant customer service experience here. I saw 3 young girls working the day my friend and I were last there, all of them wearing sweatpants and/or hoodies, and didn't pay attention to any of the customers in the store. When they did rarely help, they made sure it was obvious that we're all a burden. After waiting 10 minutes for a dressing room, the girl who walked us back rudely said "and don't be leaving any items in the room, you need to bring them out when you're done." When we were finished and ready to checkout, we saw all 3 girls sitting on the floor in a circle by the dressing rooms, and could overhear them speaking poorly about other employees, management, and other very personal and inappropriate topics for the workplace, like the size of their male friends' genitals. We stood at the checkout counter for close to 5 minutes and listened while the girls stared at us and ignored us. I would have returned my dress to the rack and walked out without making a purchase if I didn't need it the next day. We were blown away by their conversations and actions. We tried to return it today and the same rude employee that checked me out told me I couldn't return it because it's a special occasion dress. She said there's signs all over with that policy. I went to look around the store and it's no where to be found. I looked behind dresses and under them still couldn't find them. Once I told her I don't see it anywhere she was trying to think of more excuses. She never told my mom and I when we first bought the dress that there was no returns on that dress. She was so busy making frowning and trying to look down at us that she distracted herself. Too busy being rude. Then she said it was on the receipt. It was all the way at the bottom after all the other return policies. When we checked out she didn't tell us, circle it, or put a stamp on it like other stores do for no returns.
