Gamestop LOST My Business! as of 06/28/21 I bought a Used PS4 controller and the extended warranty on 04/06/21. I called yesterday to make sure they had some in stock, and the lady said that the item had already exchanged and the system didn't show the warranty was purchased. Total be never had the chance to return it been dealing with this messed up controller and I get F'd out of my purchase I could have bought a new controller somewhere else if I had waited. Too bad Gamestop cause I've spent a lot of money 💰 with you over the years. You lost my business! thanks to Gamestop...

While the store was immaculately clean my only issue was I couldn't sell my phone there because something kept malfunctioning in their system that wouldnt allow it to connect with the device which is in pristine condition not even a hairline scratch on any surface of it and it worked fine,other than that feel free to spend your money there i think it'll be well spent...
