For a month, I've been seeking out bead shops across SoCal and have always wanted to visit this shop from the moment I heard about it. The owners really sell themselves as being an absolute beader's paradise and literally everything under the sun which, in a way, they do. I finally got a chance to visit this place when I needed to seek out more seed beads to replace some faulty ones at home. Upon first glance, the shop appears rather small from the outside, about the side of a small, one story, one room house. The inside, however, was PACKED with findings, beads, gemstones, wires, threads, and so much more. While they didn't necessarily have everything, they certainly had a lot to choose from that it was practically impossible to not find an alternative for whatever you originally came for. What I paid the most attention to was the 11/0 seed beads. They were nestled in the back of the store in 6g vials that sold between $0.99 to $2.25, depending on the color of the vial's cap (white/clear, red, or black). The colors available was absolutely astounding. I was thoroughly impressed. The only downside was that I could only get 6g at a time and when needing about 50g of a color, the price stacks up fairly quickly. While maybe not the best place for restocking, it is the best place to find a little bit of everything, particularly for making projects for yourself or friends and family. Since this shop is a little tricky for me to get to considering how far my home is, I most likely won't be paying a visit anytime soon. However, Beads Beads was just charming enough to hold a special place in my personal Bead Shop Hall of Fame. I love the variety and atmosphere. Music was playing the entire time and chatter between regulars and the owners kept the mood pretty cheerful and pleasant. If I ever do pass by the area again, I look forward to dropping by and maybe hoarding a couple vials of seed beads when I'm there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 stars!
Also note the photos where the store hours are on the front window from Friday to Monday! I've tried to change the business hours on Google and Yelp, but they may not show up since I am not the owner of the business making...
