I hate this laundry coin because of the attendant worker there she is a very unfrendly too rude lady and the last time I was there on Saturday March 02, 2019 around 11:00 a.m. she yield to me infront of all the people just because I stepped on the floor that she was mopping, her arguments were that I was making the floor dirty but not worry about me if I may fall and all the people in the laundry place starting looking on me very disconcerting ...so and I ......that was very frustrate it for even because there was my little daughter of 9 years old she felt really bad about me and scary ....so I started looking for a telephone number inside there to place an issue about that lady but there wasn't any telephone number to help any customer in there so there are a lot of rules for the customers in there but nothing to help the customer if something happens to a customer like happened to me so I felt very bad they don't care about customers , only their business. So you have to be very very careful with that lady there not nice !!!!! And...

It is laundry in my neighborhood and it used to be more pleasant years ago! Now almost all machines are brocken and dont work! The machine with saops is empty ! Takes more than 3-4 quarters on certain dryers . You tell the ladies about the problem and dont seem to care at all. Parking is horrible especially since 2 other small businesse nect to it ! Gets very packed and like i said no washing machines available because half dont work! Owner should upgrade a bit more especially since half neighborhoods...

Dont come here !! Their machine is broken and when i tried to call to let them know the soap machine took my money , the person would answer the phone and then hang up before i can speak , did it to me 3 times . And the “workers” here but not really workers “idk what they are” but they are mad disrespectful and they is lucky im tryna be a better human being or else they would be in critical...
