Awful service. I'm a local and have been coming here for years for the huaraches. On 7/7/19 I ordered 12 huaraches and 1 order of taquitos, I specifically stated no salsa on the huaraches, and when I came to pick up my order there was salsa on them. I kindly told Amanda that I had ordered them with no salsa and she told me that I did not tell her that. My husband then came in from the car and told Amanda that we in fact had told her "no salsa". I asked her to remake them and she said she would not remake them. We exchanged words and she then said she would talk to the chef and came back saying he would not remake all of them because they were closing (it was8:15 pm shown on receipt and they close at 9pm)and that they would have to throw them away. I told them it was better for Amanda to throw them away and remake them then to lose a customer who has been coming for years. She said that she was not going to remake them and I asked for my money back and she said she was only giving me back 20%. I asked to speak to manager and guess what Amanda is the rude manager apparently. What kind of service is this ? HORRIBLE. WILL NOT...
Read moreI LOVE Cancun Juice, but half of the employees' customer service skills SUCK! I'm vegan and I LOVE the fresh fruit and fresh vegetable options they have from smoothies, juices to fruit bowls to tostadas. It's happened 3 times already - Two times at the Bristol location and now this time at the location in Orange, off Tustin Avenue. I order my other items and I order a tostada. They have two types - regular (no meat) and with meat. I ask for the "regular tostada". Cashier asks "what kind?" Then i ask " what do you mean what kind? I said regular." Then, with an attitude she asks "What kind of meat?!" ... then, I got pissed and then with my attitude I said "I don't eat meat. That's why I said regular tostada." ...she gives me my total and receipt, at no time did she apologize. Leads were there and no one said anything. If anything, they all looked at me weird... the employees suck; management needs to stop being lazy actually manage; It's love/hate relationship with this place. My recommendation is make sure they get your order correct and stand your ground or get management involved....
Read moreI could give you 5 stars but unfortunately the "cashier Amanda" is so Rude she is always in a bad mood even with her coworkers she is always acting mean and have bad attitude to customers, I love the food and I come here with my friends once or twice a week and always the same bad attitude from Amanda everybody else are super nice and very friendly but Amanda making faces and rolling her eyes back when you ask her questions about the menu, or if you are not ready to order she stares at you and giving you looks like if you are stupid... like 2 weeks ago I said excuse me the tables in the patio are very dirty can I have a wet towel to clean it up and she replied angry I'll go clean it when you get your food ... I said okay that's my only complain about this location I don't normally write reviews but Amanda is getting on my nerves and I think she needs to be polite and have some good manners...
