OC Mattress and Furniture — Local services in Orange

The prices here are not the highest priced but not the lowest either just average. This place took almost 3 weeks to get the item in that I ordered. The item looked just like the picture which is the only reason for one star. However when putting item together a tool was missing that was suppose to be supplied ....luckily I had one just like it from IKEA. Then one of the chair legs was defective. The leg was missing the hole to screw on the leg. I sent a message and showed the owner. He tried to convince me to make the hole myself which would not solve the problem since the thread on the inside would not be there to fit screw properly. He then agreed to order a new leg and I asked him to please send directly to me since I am about an hour away from his shop I get out of work too late to make it over there on most days. It would be unfair that I have to go out there for a defective product. He said he would ask them to send to me. I then had to remind him 2 times in the month to come. In which each time he was rude and dismissive. Finally almost 2 months later he sends me a message saying that the part has arrived and refuses to send it to me. Meanwhile I have been functioning with a incomplete dinning set. I would not recommend this store that has no customer service skills. Buyer beware. The seller wanted me to VENMO a deposit. It is my belief that this store is a scam. I am not local - I live in San Diego. I was set to drive to their store after confirming my order on 3 different occasions and received a text the day before that they no longer had my order. Convenient- I wouldn't Venmo them and they miraculously didn't have the tv stand anymore. When I expressed to the associate that I was concerned this business was a scam, she told me I should be thanking her because now I didn't have to make the drive. Aziz was an awesome salesman he’s a nice guy he went above and beyond to help me and my son find bedroom sets it took us 4 hours but it was worth the wait. Cause I’m very picky when it comes to buying things I like good quality so I was a lil hesitant on getting the lower price memory foam mattress but I whined up getting the expensive one Aziz guaranteed me that I’m going to love the one I chose so I’m excited and can’t wait to get my new bedroom set.
