Be sure to check your charges—I was overcharged on my credit card. As for the behavior, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day. However, I was told my coats would be ready today, but when I arrived to pick them up (three weeks after dropping them off), found they hadn’t even been started. The man yelled across the store that he was still working on 2024 customers, despite my prior assurance that my coats would be done today.
I decided to take my coats back and received a refund. Had I known it would take months, I would have waited until summer for the service or at least had some idea of what to expect. To make matters worse, he tore my coat even more in front of me to show that it was ripping, leaving it in worse condition than when I brought it in. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed—not just by the delays and damage but more so by the unprofessionalism and the way I was yelled at across the store which had left me thinking about this interaction hours later.
