I came in to use the laundry and I was changing my money before getting the clothes out. A lady by the name on Leonar told me I couldn’t do that and said she works there. I told her how do you know I’m not getting my clothes out I’m a girl and I will like to have my money ready before doing trips to my car. She said I know everyone that comes in she lock the door on me and told me to get out. Really unprofessional her kid was there a big tall guy really...

Change machine kept a $5 and a $1 bill with no change dispensed. The one large washer I selected used so little water that it hardly wet the load, leaving it saturated with detergent. Sign on the wall instructs you to fill out a refund card if any problems with machines. Oh wait, there are no such cards and no way to contact the owner. Frustrated, I took my clothes to the laundromat at 1135 Tustin and was...
