11-8-25 Saturday. Went in for my 2nd shingle shot and brought my husband along to get his flu shot. I was quite impressed with both my visits at this location. I have to admit, when I first walked up to the pharmacy, I saw a line and immediately thought this was going to take forever. However, I looked over and saw the signage for “vaccines here” and there was no one there. So I walked over there and waited patiently for someone to attend to me. I seen they were all busy assisting the line of customers next to me. As I waited patiently, a couple employees passed by me, but each employee that passed me said someone will be right with me. Appreciated being acknowledged, thank you. Before I knew it, within several minutes an associate came to my assistance greeting and assisting me. Really bummed I missed his name, but he was friendly, very helpful and checked me in along with my husband. He even updated my address information and gave us good customer service. He asked us to have a seat while he drew up our vaccines and came out to give to us himself behind a divider for privacy which I appreciated. He asked if I had any questions and I did. He answered all my questions politely and gave us an overall exceptional experience. We asked for a paper for our records and he was happy to give to us and off we went.    Read moreI arrived after a trip to the ER with my child. I stood there and not one of the 3 staff members there acknowledged me. One proceeded to attend a car at the drive through and the other 2 were organizing medication. This is supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy and so I patiently waited. After a while the pharmacist, Alexander Tur, finally acknowledged me. He claimed the hospital never sent the medication and that they were going to close in 5 minutes. I explained to him that my daughter really needed the medication and was in incredible pain. I called the hospital to ask them to re-send the medication. They stated it had already been sent there but ended up resending it. The pharmacist, again, said that he was not going to be able to get it to me. At that time I pointed out to him that they had all ignored me when I walked in and that the hospital had already sent it. I should have had the medicine already. He walked away. Eventually I got the medication but this was the most horrible experience that I have ever had...
   Read moreAfter finally getting a tech to the pharmacy counter, everything was good. He was polite but in a hurry to finish the transaction. I had other things to purchase so I roamed around in the store. Many aisles had stock so I had to go around a few aisles. I finally ended up at checkout. I hate the self checkout registers. The counters were all closed and we were being directed to the self checkout. The gentleman behind me made a complaint about it and I input my feelings as well. Why was there NOT a register opened? He asked for the corporate phone number because he was going to call in and make a complaint. I was in total agreement with him. Most of the time, I key in my rewards and they don't apply.
