I walked into the mall not sure what I was looking for. first jewelry store I walked into was don Roberto’s. I was greeted by Nayzeth who was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was so unsure about the ring I wanted. I described the vision I had in my head and she pulled out the perfect ring and band. She described In detail the quality of the gold and diamond and I felt really excited to purchase. I then said I was going to walk around the mall to look at other options. She was respectful and understanding and gave me some questions to ask other jeweler stores. I then went into another jewelry store knowing exactly what ring I was looking for ( thanks to Nayzeth) but the customer service definitely give me that warm and exciting buzz I was looking for like it did when I entered don Roberto’s working with Nayzeth. After browsing other store I went straight back to don Roberto’s to tell Nayzeth I’m ready to purchase what she showed me.

From there, Angel assisted me through out the whole financing process.

I was starting to feel nervous and asked a lot of questions and Angel took the time to explain to me the process and how they inspect their jewelry and slowly broke down the finance process for me snd the details of the insurance for the jewelry etc.

He then offers to have the newly wrapped and set me up on automatic payments and offered to even call to remind me about payments if needed

Overall it was a great experience and I left super excited to pop the question

Please don’t buy from down Norberto. I had my wedding bands appraised today and appraiser and they weren’t worth anything. They have a bunch of flaws in the diamonds. He told me a diamond show only had one black dot mines had tons. He told me he has customers coming in bye-bye wedding, bands, and deans rings from Don Alberto’s And he tells them that the company sells bad quality diamonds. I only got $400 for my wedding set my husband paid more back in the 90s didn’t fit me no more so that’s why I sold them. I’m glad I didn’t have them fixed or adjusted at this company at all , give you fake flawless, fake diamonds. Be careful do not buy from here go to Costco or elsewhere.
