This particular store is my favorite from the other surrounding stores I've been to!! The customer service is great! I am always treated nicely here with no problems from the staff especially when I am looking for a particular item that I saw online. The managers are very helpful and always work with me regarding items that don't show up in stock online, but I find it in the store. The jewelry section is great too! The staff are so nice and helpful. The jewelry from this store is of great quality at a great price during sales. I've bought many pieces of jewelry from this store. Love it!
Now, if there is one thing I would ask to improve on it would be to have the inventory updated in the system accurately. I do love to buy items online through the app and pick up at the store. When an item I've been watching and waiting to purchase shows up on sale and says not available in store then, I'm forced to go into the store and search for it. Sometimes I'm successful in locating the item and sometimes it's truly not available in the store. Not sure if this is even legal to do so but that shows disrespect alot to me. My friend even told sometime the employee scan their own points reward card if you don't have one and refused to sign up. Hate this kinda behaviors so much. No wonder this company is going down. Would never shop here again. Couple words to the employees: if the customer don't want to sign up for anything you guys offering, meaning they don't trust the salesperson or the company.
