As cute as this place was. I would have to say itâs not worth how much you pay. We did a weekend and had 3 girls, ages 6,8,2. And one boy aged 3. The cucumber mask they just did sitting at the tables in front. When they did the hair for the girls they had hair accessories to pick from but they kept falling out. My oldest had a braid but the hair piece she got was Bobby pinned on the back not incorporated. Anyways it was fine but the youngest picked a hair clip pack and we were told we could only pick one. But the thing is I spent over $1,500 you would think it wouldnât be such a big deal. The girls after did get to dress up. And in the pictures it looks so cute with the dresses to pick but they were used dresses along with you also couldnât keep them. Nor could you keep the robe you did a spa in. Which if I didnât spend as much it would be more understandable. The girls were discouraged. I did pay for Elsa to hope that would lighten the mood and she was the best part. She was super in character and made the rest not as bad. In the end we did get a cupcake and we did do different things but all in all. We spent the same amount of money going to Disneyland for 2 days and doing the boutique there than this place and you got to keep the dresses. I just really am disappointed in the aspect of all you get for what you pay for. If I had honestly known that from the beginning I wouldnât have brought the kids for a birthday I would have hired a princess at home. Or went to Disney. We will not be back again. It was really sad on the way back to hear the kids not want to go back. And I felt really silly spending all I did for what we got. I know you canât get refunds but...
Read moreWe went to the afternoon St. Patty's day celebration with Ariel and Tinkerbell. It was such a disappointment. The way that I understood the tickets was that it was for your child + 1 adult. There were so many people there I couldn't even see my child half of the time. Parents were asked to sit on the porch and most of them did not. If you think that this is something your doing with your child it is not. The idea is that you sit on the porch while your child is inside doing the activities...
First they painted rainbows... Parents were asked to step out so that instruction could be given to the kids. The entire time my child was painting the child across from her was trying to paint on her canvas, rubbing her hand in her paint, dumping over water, and throwing wet paper towels at her. The staff that told us to go away to work with the kids did nothing about it.
Then we were told that people from the morning session that did not show came to the afternoon session and that was why there were so many extra people there. There were WAY too many people there. It was overcrowded and uncomfortable.
The kids put on dresses and the characters came out. Parents were then asked again to go on the porch and wait. Most of the parents did not. Instead they blocked the door trying to video the interaction with the princesses. So for no less than 30 minutes most of the parents were unable to see their children. This was so poorly managed by the staff.
Individual pictures were taken and the kids were given a cup of juice and a cupcake and it was over.
The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is the...
Read moreI'm absolutely appalled at the customer service the staff showed guests. My issue in particular was from the very beginning we got there it was my sons best friends birthday so he's a boy at a princess party... We went to the room the children are in after all the workers ARE strangers to check on the kids and take photos. They would ask us to leave... okay we followed the rules... Next, it's time to cut the cake my son ACCIDENTALLY spilled juice while singing happy birthday to the birthday girl (he's 3 years old! For heavens sake) and what happened next shook me I was so upset I didn't even know HOW to reply to the level of rudeness and audacity this "employee" showed me...
My son slipped and accidentally spilled the juice on the floor. The employee with the curly hair and glasses said "can you supervise him i have to clean this up". i said sure. Then she said "go stand over there". i said why over there all the kids are here... she said because i saw him spill the juice he needs to be supervised and cant stand here anymore because he spilled the juice! Are you kiddinggggggggg me?! My son is listening to this and looks at me and sadly says mamma why can't I stand by my friends I'm sorry I spilled the juice". And ofcourse we left right away...
This was THE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered in my life! He slipped on their watch at their facility and this "adult" wants to blame a 3 year old and reprimand him for accidentally spilling juice???? I'm literally lost for words...
