Stumbled across this "Diamond in a rough" jewelry store while I was out shopping with the family. Joseph, the jeweler there is very knowledgeable, turns out he's also a professional watchmaker! He was able to service my Rolex GMT and I am very happy with the overall look and performance of the watch now, he polished my band and housing and it looks like a new piece again, it maintains time very well. I plan on bringing in others in my high end collection along with wife's ring for a resize and rhodium plating. Joe is the best jeweler I have ever met. He takes pride in his work and it shows greatly! I have been going to him for years now, he has cleaned jewelry, fixed my watches and several jewelry items. I have also received a custom watch created by him that is spectacular! He is incredibly talented, kind personable with everyone he encounters. One of the earpieces on my glasses broke. I needed to have it sautered back on. Joseph did the job so well. He explained everything he would be doing, told me the price up front and did the work while I waited. He said it would probably take 45 minutes to an hour, but it only took 35 minutes from me walking in the shop to me walking out and, because of the way the shop is set up, I could see him working through the window.
