I'm so thankful that I was able to connect with Kiet to buy two jumping spiders. He arrived on time at our preselected meeting place with a large selection of healthy looking spiders of various life stages and colors. He only brought regals because that's what my son and I wanted. He brought males and females, and they were in larger containers than I've seen with other breeders. Kiet patiently and thoroughly answered my son's and my many questions and gave us some wax worms and spider spikes to get us through a few weeks. And get this: After Kiet left, I tried to start my car, but the batter was dead. I'd left the headlights on while he was talking with us. I texted him, and he came back in a few minutes with jumper cables. All in all, he spent about an hour with us even though he has had a very busy schedule this week. I give you a 4 star rating because there's always room for improvement. You state on the website that there's 24/7 help but it takes about a day for you guys to reply back thru email. I get it you are busy and I understand that. I ordered her on a Friday after 6 pm. I tried to email you on a Sunday to ask when she was gonna be delivered and didn't know anything till Monday after noon. Yes the delivery was very quick when she was actually sent. Being my first time ordering a jumping spider you was short and sweet and straight to the point answering my questions. This review isn't all bad I love how healthy she looks. We named her gynger. Will I ever order from this place again that's the question? I think this place has a good baseline. Like I said at the beginning it has room for improvement like with any business. Great place to order a jumping spider from. I received “Angel Eyes” from here unscathed and ready to party it up. He was packaged well and this was a better deal than all the other sites I looked at, as far as cost. When he arrived, I put him in his enclosure and left him alone for days. (His size intimidated me) Once I got the courage I offered up my hand and he slowly crawled on after some time. When I put my face down lower to him the most hilarious thing happened. He moved his little head up, saw me and then stood back on his legs and started waving his front legs around! It was crazy! Then he bolted, hahahaha! Now he is used to me and will just look at me when I put my head close but will not scamper off like he saw the devil. Great pet, really...
