I was just in this store at 11:40am. I had an item in my hand and wanted to order something from behind the counter as well. There was 4 employees and only myself and 2 other customers there at the time. One of the ladies was with a customer, as I was standing at the counter another employee asked this lady with packages if she was all set. She said no, and was told to put her things on the counter and let her know when she was ready. Then she looked at me standing at the counter looking at her, we made eye contact and she walked away. OK. Then another employee finally turned around looked past me and asked the same lady if she needed any assistance. She declined and continued shopping. Then she/ the employee over looks me again to acknowledge 2 people entering the store. Then a third employee offers to help this same lady all while I'm still standing at the counter in need of help. While their chocolates look good and the aroma greets you at the door, THEY DON’T! We were in there about 6-10 minutes. No one ever greeted us. Even when we were by the register, no one acknowledged us. A customer told us we could go in front of her b/c she was still looking around, and still, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED us. I was ready to spend a nice amount. I wanted the heavenly hash candy cluster, 3 of each chocolate candy pieces, a bunny, etc.. Once we noticed it was three employees helping 2 parties, we left.
