Cherry Pit — Restaurant in Orange

The Bar: We conquered the pit. The Cherry Pit that is. One word: Amazing. We had a blast. Super friendly staff and patrons. We arrived around 8pm...seemed to be a slow night, but once the Angels game ended, this place was packed. Nice little establishment. The Crowd: All types. Young, old, middle, lots and lots of baseball fans. All very friendly. Service: Somewhat fast depending on how busy it is. Prices:Cheap. $9 pitchers Entertainment: Beer pong table, pool table (free pool everyday), 3 TV's. Keno, Various video games. Internet Jukebox. Restroom: Cleaner than most dives. The most disgusting bar I've ever been to in the 15 years ive been going to bars. Straight up trash. Bartender just sits on her phone while you sit with an empty drink and only tends to the people she knows at the bar. Kitchen was closed even though the kitchen hours say open. The bottled beer was ice cold which is the only good thing I can say...

It's cool. Bartenders there are super chill. Their alcohol isn't watered down! And the regulars are totally welcoming. It's never awkward unlike some places. And they have pool (billiards) tournaments a few days outta the week, which is really fun! Honestly of all the bars in orange county - the cherry pit is one of the best bars...
