Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Orange

Stopped by here to get some grub before heading to the movies. Instead of going through the drive I chose to go in. Boy was that a mistake. I ordered in by using the new kiosk. I waited over 10 minutes. Hence there was no one in the drive thru or anyone else inside but me. 10 minutes go by and a man and his kids come in. Plus someone 2 minutes before they show up use the drive thru. Man in drive thru gets his food quickly. I speak up asking why I'm being ignored. Please give me my money back. I have a movie to see. A lady tries to help me. But can't figure out what to do or how to refund my card. Manager is called. She doesn't know what to do. She says well cook your food immediately. I said no thanks. Fries are already pre-made. My burger was the only thing you had to make. Simple, but fail. I was the only one here before they came here. They get helped immediately. Me, I get ignored. Please just give me my money back. Manager finally...

This is probably the friendliest Jack in the Box we have ever been too!

We did a late night run for egg rolls and Jack tacos after a night at Disneyland. Our usual location was closed already so we came to this one since it was open until 2am.

The guy at the drive-thru window was SUPER friendly! He struck up a conversation with us - great personality and nice smile!

I almost feel like I would drive the extra distance just to come to this location. I really appreciate when the employees take the time to show a little personality, rather than just being in robo-mode --- I think you know what I'm talking about: take order, get your payment, give you your food, now move on. This was a very pleasant experience!

My buttery bacon Swiss was is dry as the desert and it's hard as a rock . Curly fries weren't too curly and very tough. And to top it off my strawberry Dr pepper was made with diet or they didn't let it run enough to push the old flavors out and complete my order with the correct drink. So in overall fail . Not to mention the jalapeno poppers were burnt. Gotta step it up guys and listen to your customers because they are always right and when they ask you to fix something and you don't, you will lose those customers for life.
