If I could have given this place no stars I would’ve! I purchased this bracelet from May Jewelers around July 11th for my birthday and I have been back over 3 times because the bracelet won’t stay closed. These gentlemen stated it’s not their problem. They claim it’s the way that the bracelet is made. This should’ve been explained to me while I was making a purchase. Over $150… When I suggested they find me another bracelet or give me my money back all of a sudden their whole tone changed. They were rushing me out of the store.
