Absolutely horrible place to do business with! I called them and asked him if they bought golf cart battery cores. Man replied Yes, We pay $10 a piece for them. The next day I loaded up six batteries and drove there on my lunch break. When I arrived, they told me they did not buy batteries and certainly not for $10. When I asked why someone would tell me that, he replied he has no room to buy batteries right now, but would give me $3 for them, maybe. When I asked again why someone would say that over the phone, he said no one said that. I asked him if he was calling me a liar? Then he said, he has worked here for 20 years and that nobody has ever said that. Then changed his mind again and said, unless it was a different guy on Wednesday! After all that, he then told me to go see Jon at Batteryland because that's who I actually called! I didn't call Jon at Batteryland, but I have known Jon since he did work at Battery Wholesale. I was an ASE Certified Mechanic for nearly 25 years. Never, have I seen such unprofessionalism. I wouldn't let these guys put batteries in...
Read moreSent a friend there to have a simple repair made to his vehicle that would've Took them 5 minutes to perform, All that was needed was a simple battery hold down installed on a battery which was in a very accessible place & they stated that they "DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME TO MESS AROUND WITH IT" they weren't polite...so the vehicle was then taken to another local battery place which is extremely close to battery wholesale and they performed the job in 5 min & didn't charge him...
