Waited awhile to give this review as I’ve been a long time customer here. About two-three weeks ago I was in to purchase a firearm. Was greeted by Jared, whole I believe is a new worker as I haven’t seen him before. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helped me make my decision. I was asked if my ID had my current address and I realized it didn’t. He then told me all the different ways I could show my current address. I asked a few questions, then manager with the beard rudely interrupted giving me an attitude because I was asking questions. Basically told me “oh well”. Instantly irritated the hell out of me because I was just asking questions and the worker Jared was helping me understand. Anyways Jared stayed cool and ACTUALLY helped me figure out how to provide my current address. He genuinely wanted to help and it showed. Absolutely incredible customer service from him, he was patient and cool. Only reason I’m giving a five star rating is because of him, good prices, and they have the best gun selection in the area. I don’t normally write reviews. I’ve learned over the years as a consumer you get stuck with anything that happens after you purchase something new or used unless it’s in writing. I don’t have an issue with the used guns sale aspect. That’s not the issue this issue is you sold something and expressed to us. That all the pieces was there we could do it on our own. That was not the case. If you would have stated the piece to put the red dot was not there I can understand that. But it wasn’t I came to get a simple answer to get a solution. The answer was all sales are final and call the manufacturer. That’s not a satisfactory answer. You bought the used gun off someone and you didn’t make sure all the pieces was there. Thats unsatisfactory on you. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying anything from them also they don’t have customer service skills is piss poor. The whole purpose of buying something new or used is the experience you take that away when you once they buy something and something goes wrong it’s on the consumer.
