I went on 4/1/2019 to get some lights for an addition the guy that helped me was very nice and recommended me some lights that at the end did not fit the space for our I joists so I had to bring them back. The guy that took them back was not helpful, I explained to him the situation with the I-joist and he just refunded the money and did not give me another option for a different kind of canister lights that would fit in the space that I told him. I asked a simple question about what distance they recommend to have that kind of lighting and he just said to consult an electrician. Not very helpful. I asked them to see if he can find out about an adapter that I needed. I always had to call Ken to get any updates. After several calls to Ken and 1.5 months later he tells me that he has given up on trying to find the part I need, but yet he doesn’t have the consideration to let me know that? Very unprofessional.
