It was fun. Needs more space tho it was crammed and busy...no where to practice swing nor teach another...totally worth going again ... For the drinks lol... .... Utah liquor laws sucks... I wish I could leave it at that. I was cut off before I hit my first ball total bull*hit....for asking for "another drink" and ordering an alcoholic one that time. Hence I didn't order food. Because I ate before I got there being vegan most foods suck going anywhere. Ive never liked the typical crap shack or burger barn foods myself...Gotta ask all those questions... is this...that...these...those... non dairy while they had fruit I could have ordered and meet the ridiculous laws..lol...but that came with my alcohol anyways..."utah"... Well so what.....I was in a group who ordered food and they couldn't or didn't cut me off I did get to drink more than one that night and had fun with the designated driver I brought with me on my way home... But I didn't have the fun I wanted. Price did seem fair price wise across the menu reading it all over. Costly yes maybe mid level.. You pay what you get for. And they get you for paying it. The server was legit and obeyed Utah's ridiculous law šŸ˜‰...that was a wink...more a spectator instead of being observant hostess, hence my pic posted... Got a good tip too. All seriousness...A dank garden burger (not black bean) or a nice plant based meal in totality be unoriginal..."Englanders"... I did my research and I knew before I went I wouldn't eat here. .. I wanted a few drinks and to have fun playing the games. Maybe a few full plant based meals options be cool. And then I would plan and having a dinner or lunch there too. Totally needs something like a bacon chicken cow burger with 4 cheeses dripping off the edges that is filling and satisfying for others. What I saw was just meh... Snowy situation , still warm and cozy by all means. Clean too šŸ˜‰ that was also a wink...

Top golf is more than just a driving range. It’s also a bar, a restaurant, and a lounge to spend time with friends. If you go with six people, which is the max amount for each booth, it’s not even too terribly expensive. The food is surprisingly phenomenal, I love the queso and chips, the burgers are great, and fries are always a safe bet. I don’t drink (shocker in Utah, I know šŸ˜‚), but they have a large variety of beverages on the menu, as well as behind the bar. In recent experiences, I’ve had a few issues with the service failing to respond to refill requests or orders falling through, however, the staff is always very very friendly, and, when they are available, very helpful. One thing to look out for sure is if you are going with a larger group you may be a little pressed for time as it might take everybody a while to go through their turns. We always end up hitting about 5 balls each and just rotating a little bit more frequently to make sure nobody’s sitting out for too long. The Angry Birds game is one of my favorites, as it requires me to only be slightly accurate and not hit a huge distance šŸ˜‚ They have a whole lot of games to pick from, definitely play through them if you can, and pick your favorite for yourself!

Topgolf is an experience that goes beyond a typical driving range. It's a fantastic spot to hang out with friends, regardless of whether you're a seasoned golfer or have never held a club. The atmosphere is always buzzing with energy, and the individual bays make it feel like a private party. The games are the real highlight. Instead of just hitting balls aimlessly, you can play a variety of engaging, target-based games that are genuinely competitive and fun. The technology that tracks your ball and scores your shots makes it easy for everyone to participate and see their progress. And you can't talk about Topgolf without mentioning the food. The menu is a step above typical sports bar fare, and the cheese fries are legendary. They're the perfect, indulgent snack to share while you're taking a break from swinging or celebrating a great shot. It's a place where you can create some awesome memories with friends, and the food is a big part of that experience.

I tried to book two bays for two hours each on the app, at $15/hr per bay at 9 am. Total should have shown $60. However on their app, it shows a total of $80. So instead I go on the website to book 2 bays for two hours and it shows the same price of $80. My next step was to book a bay under my account and a bay under my son’s account and miraculously, it shows the right price of $30 per bay for the two hours for a total of $60. We arrive and are told that they can’t put our bays next to each other because their reservations are full for the whole day. I ask the manager, he dismisses me and says I should have booked two bays under one reservation. I explain to him that it was going to charge me more to do so. He said, ā€œno, it wouldn’t have done thatā€. I explain that I have all minors and would like to be next to them all. He replies he can’t help. At this point 10 minutes of our reservation have passed. I tell the manager that I don’t want to waste anymore time and we head to our bays. They are on separate decks and on opposite sides of the decks. I get one group of minors started but we have an issue with checking in a player. We wait 10 mins for the waitress responsible for our bay to be available to help us. There’s 10 more minutes gone. I go get the other group set up ( who is now 20 minutes behind on their reservation and have lost that time.) their screen isn’t working, we wait for 5 mins for the tech to come fix it so we can check in and play. I ask about extending for free since it wasn’t our fault. They say they can’t but will credit the time back. They credited a total of $7.50 for 45 minutes of lost time. 45 minutes of time costs me $12.50 but whatever. I watch the littler kids play as I also watch the empty bays. The five bays to the south of us were empty until 10:50 am. Two bays, #119 and #120, were empty the entire time we were there (til 11:20). The five bays to the north of us were empty until 10 am. At least 3/4 of the upper deck bays were empty until 10:15. There is no reason we could not have been put next to each other. The staff and managers did not care at ALL. The food was not great. We were supposed to have tots with egg and bacon and sausage. There were 8 bacon crumbles (probably a half piece of bacon) and 5 dime sized slices of sausage. We asked for cheddar cheese on the tots instead of mozzarella. We were told when it came out with no cheese ( at 10:20 am) that the cheddar had not been prepped yet, but oddly the breakfast burrito that came out at the same time had cheddar in it. On a separate operational note, the way the upper and lower decks are oriented ( due east) is fine for most of the day but at 9 am, the sun is directly in your eyes when you are put in any of the northern bays. Why would you not put people into the south bays where the curvature of the decks blocks the sun for that first hour? After 10 am the sun has risen enough that it’s not an issue. A little common sense and courtesy would go a long way to create happy customers. 10/10 would NOT go to this...

I just recently had the worst experience at this Top golf location. I have been a platinum member at topgolf for about a year now, and usually have had nothing but good to say about it. However i have never been more disappointed in the customer service. I booked a bay at 11:00 in the morning, and received a notification that the bay would be ready around 2:15 p.m. I showed up with family and friends ready to have a good experience and catch up at the given time. However as I got there they then told me that the app was incorrect with their times and that it would be another 3 hour wait even though I was a platinum member and I had priority seating. We decided to wait the time out since we had been wanting to go and in the meantime ordered food while waiting in the lobby. After we had finished our food, I went to check back to see how much longer we had on the waitlist and they told me I was fourth in line. Again we decided to wait it out. In between the time I was given I watched over 12 different groups get invited to their bays. I understand the day was busy, but i thought this was a little excessive since I was told I was 4th in line and had already waited 3 hours after my initial time was given to me. The manager could clearly tell at this point i was upset and offered us free minigolf while we waited, but she said the wait be another 2 and half hours if we decided to stay. At this point I was so frustrated and disappointed, we decided to just go home since I had already been lied to about the wait multiple times. I love golf and I will probably be back since I love the platinum benefits, but was so shocked at the way they handled. I felt like i had wasted early an entire day just waiting on an empty promise because they couldn’t figure out their times, even though other people were clearly getting their bays. Super disappointed with the customer service and I know others would probably agree with me on that. I just wish they would have found a better way to make the situation right rather than come up with...
