On April 12 was my first and last visit and because of Steph this bar will never see another cent of my money. I walked in the door and immediately I was glared at by the bartender (later I found out her name Steph and she was the actual bartender) At first I wasn't sure who was the staff because there was one customer, a young lady, that was behind the counter with the bartender. That was a little concerning for me, when they're holding peoples credit/debit cards in a little cup behind the counter. My advice count your drinks , keep track, they write down in a notebook so there's always the possibility that the bartender adds her friends drinks to your tab. It took enough time to get a can of Pepsi the ice in the cup had started melting. Now that's slow for only having 6 people in the bar not including Stephs group of friends she was socializing with. I went out to smoke and was approached by a young native american guy who definitely had to much to drink. My wife then told the bartender and she (the bartender) along with her gang of young customers 2 girls and 2 or 3 guys came out and the bartender started yelling at him to leave and being rude and unprofessional. I'm a small business owner myself and have had to ask hundreds of people to leave and even called the cops for assistance a few times. I'd like to mention, I was there to pick up my wife and her friend I was their designated driver and I did not feel like I walked into a public bar, maybe rename it to Steph's barn. The mens room needs some serious cleaning ALL the staff needs some serious customer service lessons. The bar tender definitely has her favorites. She's probably their favorite also because of the free drinks she gives them. At the end of the night I went to pull the truck over to the door and my wife came out and told me how Steph disrespected her again and I needed to go in a settle the bill. I did go in and Steph was socializing and the guy who I think was another employee settled the bill for me. There's been several interactions between Staph and my wife that I've been told about, I just didn't know that Steph was that bad.
Problems The place is a mess very dirty and falling apart, nothing is up to date, no itemized receipt, no consistant prices, shot cups are different sizes, staff is rude, bartender is rude and only cares about her friends.
My recommendation to anyone thinking of going here. DON'T go here. Find somewhere else.
My recommendation to the owner Fire Steph, she's dragging your business down Clean the place Get employees that will work Get a real POS that'll give a itemized receipt Have same sized shot glasses Have consistant prices or just close and stop wasting your money...
Read moreI’ve been to this bar a couple times now, varying experiences every time. It’s a small biker bar which I didn’t have many issues with until my last visit where me and two of my friends went in on a Saturday night. Not too busy at all, only ten people in the room max the bar tender came and took our orders rolling their eyes and criticizing our drink choices every step of the way, it took her a minute to get back with our drinks which was okish since they were kind of occupied but not busy. My friends and I decide we’d move to the actual bar instead of a table slightly away to make it a little more convenient for ourselves, she takes our orders again and again criticized us before going to make my friends drinks. We get up to go play pool, cause why not there’s a table open, and one of my friends for less than five seconds puts his drink down on the wooden frame of the table which we internally as a group tell him to move the drink to a table, which he goes to do. The raspy owner then comes from across the room threatening to brake his pool cue in half and shove it somewhere and then make him pay for a new $600 dollar felt and then threatened to have everyone in the room throw us out. I would have understood this if he had been resistant to the issue however he was already in the motion of changing that problem and the aggressiveness she showed directly from the get go was highly unwarranted extremely rude and for such a small bar in a state like Utah you would think people would be a little nicer and worry about number retention. I highly recommend you don’t go to this bar, it is worth the money to call an Uber and go further north even if it means drinking less, I am appalled by the service we received and the threats that came with them this place was trashy and does not deserve your business nor...
Read moreThis place was so close to my house in Vineyard that I had to check it out. I always passed by and saw the neon lights and wondered if there was really ANOTHER bar in Utah County because I was lead to believe that there was only ONE bar here. But worry not, there are MORE! Like most of the bars here, this one is pretty dive-y. Two pool tables take up most of the venue space which is kind of a pain when they have more than 20 people in the bar. But if you go on an off day during the week, the service is actually pretty great. They have a smoking patio for smokers to enjoy - and it's surprisingly cute. Its also covered so it comes in handy on bad-weather days. There are few rusty looking regulars to stay away from, but i think that comes with every local dive bar. Most of the girl bartenders know what they are doing. I've only only ever had a few bad drinks there, but the friendly service really makes up for it. good little last minute getaway. I would say give this place a shot (at...
