I was scrambling to plan a wedding in four weeks and Noah came highly recommended. After I emailed him, he quickly reached out that he was available and before I knew it, we had everything confirmed. He is super personable and put my mind greatly at ease that he had everything handled. We had a small wedding with 20 people total including various allergies and dietary preferences/restrictions.
We went with a large charcuterie board for pre-dinner and then family-style dishes for dinner (served family style at the table rather than a separate buffet table) so that everyone could have a little bit of everything and not have to get up, and Noah was really accommodating about this! On the day of the wedding, I was able to meet him and his team when they arrived and they were all so lovely. Dinner was flawless. The food was delicious!! We had the short rib and chilean sea bass as our entrees, would highly recommend (ESPECIALLY the sea bass).
They cleaned up afterwards and as others have mentioned, they left the kitchen spotless and probably cleaner than when they arrived. I would 100% hire Noah and his team again. I'm patiently waiting for an opportunity to get him for a smaller group/event setting to be able to really witness him in action and get to chat it up...

He was easy to reach, very easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free as we planned our trip. Not only was each course delicious, it was beautifully presented and paired with a wonderful explanation of the ingredients and preparation techniques. Chef Noah arrived right on schedule, was very professional, left the kitchen spotless when he left, and made us all feel very special. All of our family said the meal was one of the highlights of a truly magical vacation.
Additionally, we pre-ordered and had Chef Noah prepare two large pots of soup for us to enjoy the following days after skiing. They too were absolutely delicious. The greatest endorsement I can give is that our 2-year-old granddaughter who never eats carrots or chicken devoured a whole bowl of Chef Noah's chicken noodle soup! Read moreOur group chose In Season Dining for our bachelorette trip to Utah! Truly, the most seamless, fun, tasty, and enjoyable experience! Sam was our chef and Derek was our server. Sam created the most delicious dishes (see in the photo). Not only were they beautiful, but they tasted AMAZING. The Wagyu steak was to die for and the biggest hit. Derek was absolutely amazing as well! He was super knowledgeable about all of the wines we had at the house and never left a glass empty. Not only that, but Derek was so funny and just a fun person to have around. I ALMOST didn’t get the charcuterie board and thank God I put in the order at the last minute! It was THE BEST charcuterie board I’ve ever had and the girls are still raving about it. Derek did an amazing job describing everything on the board and giving us recommendations on what to pair with each cheese. Overall, I would recommend this group over and over again!
