Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru — Restaurant in Orem

11/13/2023 at 11:45. My wife and I Ordered a 24oz PB Blast with two shots on it(split into two 12oz), a 16oz OG Green with two shots, and a 16 Açaí Dominator. Service: We used the drive through. We did not have to wait to be acknowledged. Only had to wait a couple minutes for our order and it was fulfilled perfectly. They even asked if I wanted a bag. 👍Staff were not friendly at all, no smiles, no greeting, no eye contact. It was the same blond girl who took our order and payment. My wife and I went out of our way to make a connection, be friendly, and social with them and they were not responsive at all. “We work at another Roxberry!”. No response or eye contact.🤷🏼‍♂️ Awkward college kids maybe?? Food: The color of the fruit blend of the Dominator bowl is an ugly grey color. It tasted vaguely like bananas but weirdly gross. it really did not taste good at all. I’m glad Draper sells the New Dominator açaí. SOOOOO much better. A disorganized mess!

I placed an order using the app for curbside pickup and allowed 15 minutes for the preparation of my smoothie. Upon arriving and waiting at the designated spot, no one came to deliver my order.

Decided to go through the drive-thru instead, I informed them of my online order. They confirmed my name and instructed me to proceed to the window. After waiting an additional 10 minutes for another customer to be served, I discovered that my order had not been made yet. It took them another 10 minutes to prepare my smoothie, defeating the purpose of curbside pickup.

The convenience of using the app for ordering and waiting 15 minutes beforehand was rendered useless as I still had to spend 20 more minutes at the drive-thru. Plus explaining myself a thousand times to people who should know how curbside pickup works.

To make matters worse, I later found out that my smoothie contained caffeine, which led to a sleepless night before an early workday. Horrible!...

I think Roxberry has some of the best smoothies but this location isn’t it. Last time I came in we showed up nearly a half hour before close and they tried to tell us they weren’t open until I pointed out that I was stuck in the drive through with two cars in front of me and two behind me only to not be served. The people in the window laughed (to be fair I was being as light hearted and funny as I could be when I said this but I was genuinely upset I was stuck in the drive through and still wasn’t going to be served) and did end up serving us. My most recent visit my smoothie tasted like soap. I don’t know what else to say but it tasted like like they grabbed a dish out of the soap sink and just made my smoothie in it. What the hell.
