To start, the guy that was doing my sandwich (his name was pretty faded but i think it said Aaron) had a thick long sleeved sweater under his subway shirt & he had mustard on the end of his sleeve, almost every time he was reaching over any of the online sandwiches & mine too, his sleeves were touching the food on the sandwiches. I personally get grossed out when i see stuff like that because 1, i don’t want any lint or hairs attached to a sweater, in my food & 2, i don’t know what else the ends of his sleeves have touched & bacteria/germs can spread so easily. i nicely asked him if he could please roll up his sleeves a little bit so it’s not getting in everyone’s food.. he quickly pushed them up a little bit & they just fell back down within seconds. (He did go to the back for a second & come back with them up by his elbows so i did appreciate that!) I don’t think other people would have liked the sleeve of someone’s sweater in their food either. but about 10 minutes later as i was eating my sandwich inside, i noticed one sleeve had fallen back down again. (honestly almost just said nevermind i don’t want it anymore & gone to a different location. but i felt bad they already started it.)
Every time i’ve come to this location, it seems like 2 employees isn’t enough & need another worker or two because of how long it takes them to get to you & finish your sandwich. they started my sandwich after starting & toasting a few online order sandwiches, toasted mine then after taking mine out they put it behind all the online orders, so the online orders & mine were just sitting there for a few minutes getting cold while they were taking their time to start veggies on any of them. not sure what they were doing but both of them went to the back for a minute then came back putting on new gloves. then they started veggies on mine before the online orders. Neither of them seemed very happy/friendly & don’t seem to like their jobs or something, it’s just like they’re there & just have to make sandwiches. i said cucumbers 4 different times & they thought i meant lettuce.. i also asked for vinegar on one half of the footlong & to be cut so i can eat the other half for dinner & i said i like a lot & he started putting it on both halves until i said no just a lot on one half. They didn’t seem to understand english very well. They were all out of chocolate chip cookies & said they don’t have any more being made right now. 2 stars because aaron did roll his sleeves up a few mins after asking him if he could. & because i feel bad that the owner/management won’t hire more employees to help them ease the day so it’s exactly not the employees faults it takes so long. but it would definitely help get better reviews & tips if they welcomed customers in & seemed happy to help serve people & not like it’s a burden to them. & the sandwich was 7/10. the bread was sliced on the opposite side it usually is tho, not...

Dear Subway Management,
I am writing to express my frustration with the experience I had while ordering at your location on 09/24/24 at approximately 22:30. As a healthcare worker, I tend to be patient and understanding, but the service I received was simply unacceptable.
The gentleman who prepared my sandwich was the only male employee working at that time. Unfortunately, I couldn't identify him by name because his badge was so faded it was illegible. Throughout the entire interaction, he argued with me on almost every point, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
While I generally avoid making assumptions about someone's mental status, this individual displayed behavior that was both inappropriate and rude. He consistently made irrelevant comments unrelated to preparing a sandwich and maintained a tone that was confrontational. At one point, he even asked me, "Are you alright?"—in a manner that seemed more accusatory than concerned, as if to imply I was the problem.
I didn't want to escalate the situation or waste any more of my time engaging in a fruitless argument with this employee. However, I am writing this complaint in hopes that steps will be taken to address this issue so that other customers do not have a similarly negative experience. This employee could greatly benefit from personal skills training to improve customer interactions and professionalism.
Thank you for your attention to this...
Read moreNot a great Subway. First of all, the drive-thru is right by the freeway entrance, so the employees can't hear you very well. It's supposed to be open 24/7, but apparently they're having staffing issues; we got there just after 9 PM one day last week, and the lights were mostly off. We went to the front door and there was a guy mopping. I asked through the door if the drive-thru was closed, and he just said yes, nothing else.
Today, my friend and I got 2 sandwiches. I ordered a BLT with olives, cucumbers, and pickles. As we were driving away, I was trying to figure out which sandwich was which (they didn't mark them, even though one of them had Siracha sauce), and I realized that they hadn't put any tomatoes or lettuce on my sandwich. We parked and I went in, explained the issue and said that I didn't realize that I needed to specify tomatoes and lettuce on a BLT. An employee who seemed like a manager came over and told me that no, a BLT is just bacon and then you add/specify veggies (which I have never had to do when ordering in-store).
The biggest issue here was the attitude she gave me. She then threw a bunch of lettuce and 6 small tomatoes onto my sandwich. I asked if I could please have 2 more tomatoes, and she threw them on and walked away. Terrible, passive aggressive customer service.
Edit: We were the only customers at the time, too, so it wasn't like they were stressed or in a rush. Having to drive back around (the traffic patterns nearby are terrible) also made me late for work, but it was worth it to have tomatoes on my sandwich...
