Their sizing is horrific. I bought a few outfits for my 4 1/2 year old during their warehouse sale. I bought all 4T clothing items and at this rate, they’ll fit her when she’s 8! Their clothing is very soft. I’m just disappointed that I’m stuck with these because they’re final sale. I usually don’t mind that clothes are slightly big, will wear them next year. But I spent well over $100 and none of them will fit her for a couple of years. They also don’t allow toddlers to come in to the warehouse sale, which was extremely difficult to work with haha. So all in all, I’m pretty bummed and disappointed.
UPDATE I actually NEVER said or threatened an employee I was going to leave a bad review!!! Ever! Shame on the person who responded to my review. In fact, I remember talking to a blonde woman at the front who said toddlers weren’t allowed. I answered back “ohhh…okay?” And of course I was surprised of this. I didn’t even know they had a sale going on today! I’ve never purchased anything from Lou Lou and Co. I wanted to look at their store front for my daughter. I do see how they have this rule in place to protect their inventory and also little children running around. I do see that. The reason I left a low review is because I was unsatisfied with how large the clothing ran for my child. The employees were kind? I left an honest review that it was hard to work with not allowing my toddler in. That’s all. No need to make up false allegations toward my honest...

I purchased matching mother and daughter dresses for my first Mother’s Day and was soo excited when I got the email at 11:07 today to come pick them up!
As I was heading out the door to get them, I got a text at 1:45 (nearly 3 hours later) that they were sold out of the adult dress and I could either pick a different print or get a refund. I expressed confusion and disappointment because I not only purchased the dress but ALSO received confirmation the order was ready for pick up. They simply said that the inventory was miscounted any there was nothing else they could do.
I ended up having them refund the entire order—and another order that was ready to pick up—because I was (and am) so mad about the entire incident.
Moral of the story, If you have your heart set on one of their items, just know you cannot trust them to keep track of their own inventory or fulfill already...
Read moreI’ve spend thousands on Lou Lou products. My most recent order was for $650 and included 2 sleep sacks. They mistakenly sent the wrong size for one of the sleep sacks— no big deal. They were super responsive and sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived almost a week ago, and it was again the WRONG SIZE!! I immediately emailed them again, sent the photos they requested and the packing slip (which indicated the size correctly, they just sent the wrong product… twice), and they’ve yet to respond. This is absolutely ridiculous at this point. Terrible customer service! I guess I’ll just have to contact my cc company and do a chargeback. ::sigh::
I think the quality of the product is one of the best, if not the best, bamboo on the market, but if you can’t rely on them to send you the correct items or to resolve issues in a remotely timely manner, I cannot in good conscience...
