As a southern California native, I was really looking forward to eating some authentic looking street tacos in Utah! I was pretty disappointed when I finally got home and saw them — no toppings, literally just meat on tortillas. I wanted a bean rice and cheese burrito, I was told they couldn’t make me a burrito, but I could get a quesadilla, a large quesadilla with a large tortilla and I could put beans and rice on it.
