I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know that I had abandoned a mattress in the unit I was still paying to rent(although i was already well aware of this). I did not appreciate being told they wanted me to get it out of there before my rental period Was up so they could rent it to someone else. Then they were rude and hung up on my face after I told them I didn't appreciate them rushing me out of the unit that I was paying to rent still (with over 10 days left on my billing cycle/Rental period). I also want to note that they used my emergency contact email address as my regular email address and I was never notified when my bill was due until I got the past-due phone call from them. It was it was always a hassle to pay my bill and it didn't have to be if their employees were properly trained. After 3 months of requesting that they fix this for me they finally did after telling me it couldn't be done without logging into my emergency contacts email address twice. Two...

My Experience was seamless and absolutely painless. I was going to Do it all online because of social anxiety , but I wanted to talk to someone 1st At the facility About a couple specifics . After a couple of moments I was on my way up there. Kassey was more than very kind courteous and mindful of her time management. While being friendly she immediately transitioned to the next customer in such a polite and consice manner that my girlfriend said she would feel more comfortable being the same way at her retail job, and no longer fear being taken as rude. My storage area was spotless and I was provided everything promised in the advertisement, and rarely do I get that. 1/20 maybe if we include fast food. Warning** Raises prices frequently which inevitably made me find a new storage unit location. Typical storage unit renting place with their hidden fees and such. Rented online then had to resign all of the documents I already signed digitally which was annoying. Gate to get to your storage unit doesn't work well and a pain to type in your code (fixed shortly after posting 6/28/2021) Storage unit condition is in good condition (no water entering the unit during good storm), easy to drive right up to units. Good at answering questions on the phone.
