TERRIBLE franchised location. Whoever the owner is, is clearly greedier than most of the other franchisee owners. I always eat in and I go to Panda (different locations) 1-2 times per week, every week for my work lunch. Instead, I came here for dinner today and not only was the girl who scooped my food outwardly rude and had a terrible attitude, but they scooped my food and weighed it 4 times. Each time she weighed it, she took my orange chicken out and dumped it back into the bulk bowl. She then kept weighing it and taking out chicken and adding chow mein instead to replace the chicken. No I clearly did not ask for any of it to be removed.
No other location I've been to has been this outwardly greedy. None of the other ones use a scale and weigh the food then KEEP TAKING IT OUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.
The final time of her weighing it and taking more of my chicken out I nicely asked her to stop replacing it with chow mein. She didn't like that and gave me attitude and made a snarky comment under her breath. Taking the food out each time you weigh it on top of replacing your main dish with more noodles is so greedy and ridiculous. It makes your business look bad and it's embarrassing for whoever the owner is of this location.
If you want to get ripped off and wait for your food to be weighed and removed 4+ times, then come here and waste your money. No other location anywhere else in southeast Detroit does what this one does. Not coming back here ever and making sure my family doesn't either and waste their time or money. I wish I recorded...

Long waits, very rude employees, inability to properly fill orders, service without a smile.
Customer service was disgusting. According to my receipt, you can thank EMPLOYEE SIRENA B, for this justified review. The wait was too long through the drive through, which wouldn't have been a big deal, considering I came here for a better than Fast food experience and should have been worth the wait, but was not. Employee not only rolled her eyes at me while paying, but handed us our food and it was wrong; missing half the order. After the long wait and eye rolls, I was getting a bit irritated at this point, asked employee for the rest of our order, after sitting there for longer than necessary for her return, and the attitude, again, was disgusting, as if I made the error. This will be my last trip to your business and I highly recommend you put your employees through a customer service class and weed out the ones that can't cut it. I can already tell you of at least one.

Should have listened to my own advice. Gave it another chance though and yet again, poor service. Employee Junieanna B. Might be ruder than the last girl I dealt with here. Would like to see some friendly service once in awhile but have yet to experience that here. $32.49 is a good price to pay for good food..but poor service can...
