TERRIBLE franchised location. Whoever the owner is, is clearly greedier than most of the other franchisee owners. I always eat in and I go to Panda (different locations) 1-2 times per week, every week for my work lunch. Instead, I came here for dinner today and not only was the girl who scooped my food outwardly rude and had a terrible attitude, but they scooped my food and weighed it 4 times. Each time she weighed it, she took my orange chicken out and dumped it back into the bulk bowl. She then kept weighing it and taking out chicken and adding chow mein instead to replace the chicken. No I clearly did not ask for any of it to be removed.

No other location I've been to has been this outwardly greedy. None of the other ones use a scale and weigh the food then KEEP TAKING IT OUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.

The final time of her weighing it and taking more of my chicken out I nicely asked her to stop replacing it with chow mein. She didn't like that and gave me attitude and made a snarky comment under her breath. Taking the food out each time you weigh it on top of replacing your main dish with more noodles is so greedy and ridiculous. It makes your business look bad and it's embarrassing for whoever the owner is of this location.

If you want to get ripped off and wait for your food to be weighed and removed 4+ times, then come here and waste your money. No other location anywhere else in southeast Detroit does what this one does. Not coming back here ever and making sure my family doesn't either and waste their time or money. I wish I recorded...

Long waits, very rude employees, inability to properly fill orders, service without a smile.

Customer service was disgusting. According to my receipt, you can thank EMPLOYEE SIRENA B, for this justified review. The wait was too long through the drive through, which wouldn't have been a big deal, considering I came here for a better than Fast food experience and should have been worth the wait, but was not. Employee not only rolled her eyes at me while paying, but handed us our food and it was wrong; missing half the order. After the long wait and eye rolls, I was getting a bit irritated at this point, asked employee for the rest of our order, after sitting there for longer than necessary for her return, and the attitude, again, was disgusting, as if I made the error. This will be my last trip to your business and I highly recommend you put your employees through a customer service class and weed out the ones that can't cut it. I can already tell you of at least one.

Would like to see some friendly service once in awhile but have yet to experience that here. $32.49 is a good price to pay for good food..but poor service can...

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU EAT This was seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had it’s nothing about the restaurant chain the employees here are half challenged and seriously are nearly incapable of preforming there job I walked in only to be ignored because my order that was a supposed to be ready a half hour ago was not even cooked because they had a full drive through people honking and driving off almost like they were not even working either the manager is nearly blind to all that the workers do or the manager is equally as incapable I was upset about my food not being ready only to have them start to serve it for me and for some reason every plate she dished up she walked around the corner to close the lid figured she was spitting in my food said forget about it and give me a refund continued asking to confirm they refunded it so I could leave they said nothing just ignored me I asked for a receipt showing they refunded it they said nothing only for me to have to send another person in to attempt to understand the situation the employees preach about masks and won’t even walk an order outside when they can’t clear there own drive through and the cooks don’t wear the masks over there nose and are sneezing like they have allergies...

Among various reviews posted before mine, my service is frequently similar—we come here often. Rudeness, unprofessionalism and cold/dry food. Today’s visit we got cold/dry honey sesame and a strong burnt smelling rice—I asked for fresh chicken as they just poured some, and I got a rude look like I came to complain. I paid for quality food and service, I deserve to receive that. I shouldn’t have to feel like I am inconveniencing them when I am not in control of the food. Also at this visit, the lady getting fried rice said it smelt weird to her coworker who made the food, to which he replied with, “I don’t know if it’s bad, it just smells like that”—mind you, this was in the restaurant, out loud. She then brought me my food and once I got to the fried rice, you can very easily smell the very burnt smell coming from it—the rice itself wasn’t burnt or overcooked, but it was definitely cooked in a very burnt pan. On top of all that, I get down deeper into my rice and found a hair—see photo attached. We used to frequent this place, but not anymore after these past 4-5 visits of the same exact, mediocre service.

Hopefully management will get more assertive for staff to follow food preparation instructions and life span freshness of sides. Consistency is the key to creating revenue longevity in the food industry.

This is the second time we have order from this location and each time we have been disappointed. Order wok-seared steak/no shrimp stir fry over white rice. Had minimal amount of beef( wasn't expecting large amount) however more than 5 small pieces? That was buried under white rice that was extremely over cooked and mushy. Wife order honey walnut shrimp over noodle chow mein. The noodles were completely dry and unedible. She threw it out before I could take a pic. We have had Panda Express in many other city locations and have had a satisfying and wonderful experience. However this location has disappointed us on 2 separate occasions. Hopefully management will get more assertive for staff to follow food preparation instructions and life span freshness of sides.
