Our food ended up being fine after watching it sit in the window for 20 mins before they finally handed it off to us that was half of the problem. It was the tall blonde with beautiful long eyelashes’ attitude at front counter that turned us away! After blatantly lying to us that our food was only in the window for 4 mins she proceeded to have a disgusting attitude with us as we voiced our concerns. Our order ticket states we ordered at 12:57 & our food wasn’t handed to us until 1:18. I do have picture proof of all above! When called to voice concerns manager was also super dismissive of any issues, I mean if you could even understand what he was saying on the phone. I would’ve understood if they were busy! And been a little more sympathetic But they had 4 people at the register standing around, talking, playing on their phones. If this Culver’s wants to succeed & do well over here they should probably take a little more pride in how they treat their guests & portray themselves while guest are around! Not a good look at all! We definitely WILL NOT return to this location, which is unfortunate since it’s just around the corner! Make the drive a little further to 24 location & you won’t be as disappointed or better yet go across the street to Wendy’s! They won’t treat you that...
Read moreI had an issue last month with all my food being overly salty. I had spent over $60. I did this survey, voiced my complaint, and left my name with my cell number. No response. Only last weekend I had an order that was missing an item. I spoke with the manager about the incident . I was told that I could come back and get the missing item. I returned with my receipt. The employee took my receipt to the back office. The employee a.d manager came back to the front and was discussing what to do. The employee came to me and said it was going to be a 10 min wait on my missing item ( 4 chicken tenders). I waited and left. I felt that they didn't believe me. No, sorry or nothing. I had spent over $70 something dollars. I felt they should have replaced them with a smile at least. It was just 4 chicken...
Read moreI pulled into Culver’s drive-thru the other night feeling like life was at an all-time low. I ordered a shake, and Ryan — the absolute hero of the drive-thru — didn’t just make me a shake, he made me a masterpiece.
This thing was so good it legitimately stopped me in my tracks. It was like a hug in a cup. I went from “life is rough” to “I can’t believe how good this is” in one sip. Ryan’s kindness and the way he handed it over with a genuine smile was the cherry on top.
If anyone deserves a cape and a crown, it’s Ryan. If anyone deserves a Michelin star for a milkshake, it’s also Ryan. Culver’s, please give this man a raise — or at least his own signature shake...
